Pink Beaujolais
Scarce because it’s very difficult to do the winemaking method ; Beaujolais Rosé made from the last harvest with a short maceration focusing on fruit aromas.This wine will go with grilled meat, desserts made with cream, fishes in sauce, pizza, barbecie… This wine is best served chilled. (5,6 °) Drink it for aperitizer !
